Frequently asked questions
All siblings get a percentage discount when more than one child is riding on the bus and going to the same destinations . Any changes should be informed to the office so see if price discount is applied.
We do have daily prices and weekly rates. Three days or more we provide the weekly rate. Two days or less we recommened the daily rate. Prices vary on the service you are requesting.
The answer is NO. In our invoices we follow the school calendar and when there is a week off from school we will skip that week and jump to the following week that there is school. If you already have paid for the services on a week your child was planning to use the bus we can always credit it to the following week. There is NO Refunds only credit.
There is only morning time schedules which we provide after speaking to the driver and testing out the routes. For the afternoon, there is no specific time since thats more of rush hour time and traffic occurs around that time more frequently. We can always provide an estimate but never exact. All parents are welcomed to text the business phone if wish to find the arrival status of a bus.
