Your Health and Safety are always our top priority.
As the coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to impact our communities, we’re committed to keeping your children healthy and protected on the road. The Astoria Express Team is taking as much precaution as possible during this time of the epidemic.
Our Buses are fully equipped with cleaning and disinfectant supplies. Before and after shifts, our drivers clean and disinfect each of our buses. Along with recommended protocols for frequent cleaning/wipe-downs, we also have hand-sanitizer available in each bus for anyone and everyone to use with no limitations which follows guidance from the World Health Organization and the Center for Disease Control on best practices for staying healthy.
We ask parents to take precautions and remember we have other children riding the bus. If your child is sick (with symptoms of respiratory illness such as fever, cough, or shortness of breath) you should consult their health care provider and have your child stay home from school until their symptoms resolve.
